50926 Proposal to Lease Land at the Iliamna Airport

The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease Lots 10B & 10C, Block 50, consisting of approximately 38,447 square feet (ADA-50926) at Iliamna Airport for 55 years, to expire July 1, 2077.  Applicant:  Rainbow River Lodge Aviation LLC.  Authorized uses:  Aeronautical – air taxi, loading & unloading of aircraft, cabins to overnight clients prior to chartered flights.  Annual rent:  $3,960.04.
