The term of the mowing contract shall be for one year, with the option to renew for an additional four (4) one-year term. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Vinton War Memorial, C/O Chasity Barbour, 814 E. Washington Ave, Vinton, VA 24179, on or before Monday, April 3, 2023, at 3 p.m. Bids must contain the Bidder’s company name and address, and be signed by the appropriate company representative. No bids will be accepted after said time and date. Bid opening will occur after 3 p.m. at the Vinton War Memorial, 814 East Washington Ave, Vinton, VA. Bid information can be acquired by contacting the Town Manager at (540) 343-1508.

The Town of Vinton reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Town also reserves the right to award an individual or company who is not the low bidder if in its judgment, it would be in the best interest of the Town to do so.
