Project will be located at the Red Bluff Campground - roads will be relocated out of the flood plain to prevent flooding and water damage. The Contractor will be required to provide all transportation, material, labor, supervision, equipment, operators, tools, supplies, licenses, permits and other incidentals as required in the Schedule of Items and Specifications of the solicitation necessary to accomplish the work as depicted in the drawings and described in the Scope and Specifications.GOVERNMENT PRICE ESTIMATE: The Government's estimated price range for the total of all items combined is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS: Interested parties are advised that registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database is required prior to award of a contract.
