The City of Oxnard invites sealed Bids for OWTP & AWPF On-Call HVAC Repair And Maintenance Services Project, Spec. PW 23-80. Bids are due by 2:00 pmon 03/08/2023. All Bidders must be plan holders of record to submit a Bid to the City, which entails purchasing copies of all Contract Documents at CyberCopy’s Plan Room, which is located at https://www.cybercopyplanroom.com/jobs/public. As more specifically described in the Contract Documents, the Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to provide heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) repair services at the Oxnard Wastewater Treatment Facility (OWTP), the Advanced Water Purification Facility (AWPF), fifteen (15) Wastewater Lift Stations and other City locations as needed. The Contract amount will be $175,000 for a one-year
