Bid Comments:
The County is seeking bids from authorized vendors for Forensic Workstations, GPU workstation and Tableau TD2U Imager Kit as specified in this invitation to Bid (ITB).

The County's intent is to award a one time PO.

Bidders must quote on all the line items specified in this ITB.

Bid prices should not include sales tax or any other government imposed fees ( example: California Recycling Fee) as the County will calculate the applicable taxes and fees upon award.

All products must be delivered FOB destination, prepaid and allowed. County will take delivery of all 10 units in one shipment.
 
This solicitation incorporates the County’s terms and conditions for a one time purchase order. Bidders who take exception to any of the terms and conditions will be deemed non-responsive and their bids will not be considered.

The successful bidder will be required to submit the following within two (2) days upon County's notification:

     - Insurance certificate/s in compliance with County of Santa Clara Insurance Requirements (as attached)
