50893 Proposal To Permit Use of State Airport Land at the Haines Airport

PROPOSAL TO PERMIT USE OF STATE AIRPORT LAND:  The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to permit use of space near the Haines helipad, to place a temporary fuel tank in a location designated as Item 3 (ADA-50893), at Haines Airport for five years, to expire August 1, 2026.  Applicant:  Delta Western, LLC.  Authorized uses:  Aeronautical – For the purpose of fueling helicopters.  Annual rent:  $625.00Competing applications or written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., August 15, 2021, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the lease.  The Department’s decision will be sent only to persons who submit written comment or objection or a competing application to the Department, at the address and by the date and time specified in this notice, and include their return address.  Information is available from Sharyn Augustine, Statewide Aviation Leasing, PO Box 112505, Juneau, AK 99811-2505, phone (907) 465-6893 or fax (907) 465-1395 or email sharyn.augustine@alaska.gov.  Anyone needing hearing impaired accommodation may call TDD (907) 451-2363.
