The Government is contemplating awarding a single award IDIQ contract with a five year ordering period.
Work will be issued through negotiated firm-fixed price task orders containing an incidental cost-reimbursement Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) for contractor travel.
The estimated contract ceiling remains to be $112,000,000.
As a result of the previous sources sought, the draft PWS and draft labor categories have been updated and attached to this announcement for written comments.

Purpose:
The National Guard Bureau (NGB), Operational Contracting Division, intends to award an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), task order driven, professional support services contract, to provide the necessary level of administrative, professional, and technical services required to facilitate the overall objectives of the NGB. The
contract shall be structured for maximum flexibility in providing for an expedited ordering process in order to satisfy professional support services to NGB units within the 54 states and territories. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI)/sources sought notice is to provide potential offerors; advanced notice of this procurement, gauge interest, receive any feedback or comments in regards to the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), draft labor categories, and identify capabilities of potential offerors to formulate our acquisition strategy.
Background:
The NGBSS contract will be the primary support services vehicle to obtain NGB staff augmentation support services for non-inherently governmental functions that exceed organic capabilities. Examples of branches and divisions within the NGB that may require support include: (1) The Director's Group (DG); (2) The Continuity Program Management Office (CPMO) Division (J31); (3) Counter Drug Division (J32); (4) Current Operations Division (J33); (5) The Provost Marshall Division (J34); (6) Future Operations Division (J35); (7) Cyber Space Division (J36); The Joint Training and Exercise Division (J37) (Note-the J37 is a Division under the J3 Directorate); and (8) The Combating Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) Division (J39).
This notice is not a solicitation as defined by FAR 2.101, and the Government is not requesting offers or proposals at this time. Any responses to this RFI received by the Government will not be accepted to form a binding contract. This is a Request for Information and does not constitute a solicitation or request for proposal and no award will be made as a result of this sources sought notice. If a solicitation is issued, the Government does not guarantee that it will be issued to RFI respondents. The Government is also requesting that restrictive or proprietary markings not be used in response to the RFI.
A question and answer period will be available when the formal solicitation is released. During that time frame questions shall be submitted no later than the date specified in the solicitation. During the solicitation period the Government will provide its answers to the questions. The Government will not guarantee a response to any question and/or clarifications after the submission deadline stated in the solicitation. All information regarding this requirement will be communicated via FBO. TELEPHONE CALLS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
