Pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b), the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) intends to solicit a quotation to award a sole source purchase order with Harvard Kennedy School, for the purchase of a professional development training for senior executives which will enhance the competencies and skillsets for leaders within the FHWA. FHWA has identified that Harvard Kennedy School has strategically worked to create a uniquely positioned program, the Senior Managers in Government program. This program is a comprehensive cohort program of blended learning that directly addresses key competencies needed to support succession planning and mitigate anticipated skills deficits within the U.S. Department of Transportation and specifically FHWA.The intent of this notice is not to request competitive quotations, and any information received from interested parties will only be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether a competitive procurement should be conducted.However, interested parties may submit a description of their firm's capabilities for satisfying this requirement, which demonstrates they possess the ability to successfully perform this effort.The responses must be received by August 18, 2022, at 10:00 AM EST.
