Estimated commencement date: Jan 2023 Substantial Completion: Jan 2024 PREQUALIFICATIONProponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 48.75 out of 75 points for the evaluation criteria will not proceed to the Financial Submission Requirements evaluation and will receive no further consideration.
