Summary: The project is generally described as primarily mechanical equipment upgrades including significant electrical lighting upgrades and minor architectural finish upgrades. For mechanical, existing duct work throughout the facility will be cleaned and insulated, previously abandoned equipment will be removed, new mechanical equipment will be installed, and the existing kitchen hood systems will be reconfigured with new hoods and make-up air units. For electrical lighting, new lights will be installed throughout the interior ceilings, and electric panels will be upgraded. Mechanical and electrical work will include new controls. For architectural

purposes, existing suspended ceiling tile and grid systems will be replaced throughout. Structural is limited to support of the mechanical work at the roof.
