Opportunity Summary
ODOT is one of the state agencies that provides critical public services to Oregonians. Our leaders have been asked to balance the need to serve the public with the need to slow the spread of COVID-19 and protect the health and safety of our employees and the public. As such, the ODOT Procurement Office is transitioning to electronic submission of bids and proposals during this time. These measures are also being taken pursuant to the Oregon Governor's Executive Order 20-12.
