Description

Scope of Services
The City of Menifee is seeking proposals from experienced parties qualified to provide As Needed Portable Restroom Rental Services for the City’s annual special events as well as for declared emergencies for the City of Menifee. The service includes, but is not limited to delivery/pickup, maintenance, supplies, and any labor associated with these services. It is intended for the awarded Contractor to enter into an annual contract term with a maximum term and any subsequent amendments or modifications not exceeding four (4) years, (Terms: 1 year with three (3) one (1) year renewals.
