Bid Bond: Yes Amount: A bid bond in the amount of $3,000.00 is a requirement. Performance Bond: The successful Bidder will be required to provide a 50% Performance and Maintenance Bond and a 50% Labour and Materials Payment Bond upon execution of the Contract.
