J065--Intent to Sole Source Repair Services for Olympus Urology Scopes for the San Francisco Veterans Affairs Medical Center (SFVAMC)

The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 21, intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Olympus America, Inc., for a base year plus four option years, because we believe they are the sole source provider for Olympus Urology Scopes Repair Services. We believe there are no authorized third-parties that can provide scope repair services and OEM parts that can satisfy this requirement. A draft performance work statement is attached.
