Intent Notice: GE Healthcare Optima XR646 HD Digital Radiography System

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to contract using other than full and open competition for the following: one GE Healthcare Optima XR646 HD Digital Radiography System. Accordingly, the TSA intends to award a contract to: GE Healthcare, P.O. Box 96483, Chicago, IL 60693. This contract will address the requirements of the TSA Canine Training Center (CTC) in conjunction with the Department of Defense (DoD) Military Working Dog Veterinary Service Hospital.The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
