All mailed bids must be delivered and in possession of the project manager by 5:00 P.M. on March 28, 2024 Submittals received after said time will not be considered. To guard against premature opening, each proposal shall be submitted to the Public Works Department in a sealed envelope plainly marked with the following: RFP title Specification number Consultant name Time and date of the proposal opening Proposals shall be submitted using the forms provided in the specification package. Ensure a separate sealed envelope contains the proposed fee and schedule, to be returned to unsuccessful applicants unsealed. Obtaining a Specification Package Download from the City’s Web site www.slocity.org - Doing Business / Bids & Proposals page. A list of companies that have requested a copy of the proposal is maintained on the web page.
