April 30, 2021 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.This federally funded project shall include all labor, materials, equipment and supervision required to demolish, remove, and dispose of the existing facilities and construct a new Snow Removal and Chemical Storage Building for the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (the Department) as described in the Contract Documents.The Engineer's Estimate is between
$5,000,000 and
$10,000,000. The Project Substantial Completion date will be
August 1, 2022.A virtual, non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, April 21, 2021 from 1:30-2:30pm.  Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend this

meeting as it will feature a presentation on complying with the FAA Buy American provisions of this contract and will provide an opportunity for asking questions.  Please submit your name and email address to the Project Manager,
