REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Franklin County Finance Department is currently accepting sealed proposals for the Huntland School Re-Roof project. Required RFP packets may be picked up at the Mandatory pre-proposal meeting, which is scheduled for Thursday, March 28th at 2:30 PM CST, held in the Small Conference room of the Annex Building, located at 851 Dinah Shore Blvd., Winchester, TN 37398. Sealed proposals will be accepted until 12 PM (Noon) CST on April 16th, 2024. The sealed proposal opening will follow at same location: PO Box 518, 851 Dinah Shore Blvd, Winchester, TN 37398-0518 at 2:00 PM CST on April 16th, 2024. All proposals will be submitted by licensed & insured business/ contractors and signed, dated, sealed and marked with notation on the Proposal Title and Date.
