The main objective of this training is to foster a value-driven customer service culture at the City of Huntington Beach throughout the organization, which will be nurtured by executive and senior leadership and permeate every aspect of what the City does and at every touch points of the City with its residents, businesses, and community members. The success of the Customer Service Training will be measured by monitoring City staff and conducting third party surveys with the City’s key stakeholders, vendors, and residents. Ultimately, “OneHB” exceptional customer service to the HB community will result in municipal excellence and enhanced public trust.
