Introduction : Dear Sir / Madam: REF: LoCAL Board and Ministerial Event The United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) is planning to undertake a LoCAL Workshop, LoCAL Board and High Level Ministerial Event in Bonn, Germa. LoCAL is UNCDF’s Local Climate Adaptive Living (LoCAL) Facility designed to serve as a mechanism to integrate climate change adaptation into local governments’ planning and budgeting systems, increase awareness of and response to climate change at the local level, and increase the amount of finance available to local governments for climate change adaptation. LoCAL is hosted by UNCDF, the United Nations’ capital investment agency for the world’s least developed countries (LDCs). It creates new opportunities for poor people and their communities by increasing access to inclusive finance and investment capital. UNCDF is hosting an annual event to be held in Bonn, from 13-16 of May 2024, which is necessary Interpretation services and conference setup before and

during the event (11-16 of May). You can find attached the Event agenda with detailed services to be provided by the firm. Services include:I. On-site and Hybrid Conference with Technician for 13, 15, 16 May II. Interpretation for 13-16 May (Eng-French // French-Eng and Eng-Portuguese // Portuguese-Eng)III. IT Equipment with Technician for 11-16 May IV. Conference facilities/equipment - 08.00-18.00 dailyV.
