Medi-Cal Publication Services (RFP 20-10025)

The California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS), Medi-Cal Eligibility Division (MCED), through Request for Proposal (RFP) #20-10025, is soliciting proposals from firms that are able to perform and be responsible for all aspects of Medi-Cal Publications Services requirements. This involves providing language assistance to Limited-English Proficient (LEP) individuals and translation of materials explaining services into languages spoken by five percent or more of the population served. This must be done using translated forms, notices, or other written materials mailings required by DHCS. Services, programs and activities are required to be ADA accessible to qualified individuals with disabilities such as visual impairment.
DHCS intends to make a single contract award for Medi-Cal Publications services to the most responsive and responsible firm earning the highest score. This procurement is open to all eligible firms and/or individuals that meet the qualification requirements, including commercial businesses, nonprofit organizations, State or public universities, and other
