Russell, J Strom Thurmond, Buford, Carters, Walter F. George, and John H. Kerr hydropower generators to meet current NERC and SERC Reliability Corporation (SERC) compliance reporting requirements. The model validation reports shall be in accordance with requirements of the current version of NERC standard, MOD-025, MOD-032, MOD-026, and MOD-027 as well as associated SERC Reliability Corporation
