As required by FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of this requirement is between $5,000,000.00 to $10,000,000.00.The work shall be located at north-center area of the main cantonment, at the Deployment Readiness Reaction field (DRFF), vicinity of Bldg. 25015, north from W Murphy Rd, east from Spearhead Rd, west from N 53rd St, and south from the Mission Training Complex (MTC) TOC Yard, Fort Hood, Texas. Total closure of the facility shall be authorized thru the Logistic Readiness Command LRC and coordinated thru the COR. Buildings will be occupied during the performance of work under this Contract.The purpose of this project is to perform repairs and improvements to the facility to include but not limited to: excavation of the existing emulsified aggregate base, scarify and re-compact existing sub-base, and construct a Reinforced Portland cement concrete (PCC) pavement to include finishes, curing contraction/expansion and control joints; and any other related work as required. A reinforced PCC parking at front of Bldg. 25015 for 27 vehicles and 5 motorcycles to include concrete sidewalks to connect the existing ones also are part of this project. This project does not include repairs to the drainage and to the existing concrete slabs and/or any other area within the facility and the vicinity.Interested Vendors are encouraged to email the contract specialist, SFC Justin Mansfield at
