Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 has a need for Sprinkler Head Replacement. The contractor shall provide replacement of sprinkler heads in several buildings located on the campus of the Hampton VA Medical Center in Hampton Virginia. The solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13. Place of Performance: The contract facility will be the Hampton VA Medical Center, 100 Emancipation Drive, Hampton Virginia 23667 Period of Performance: Period of Performance for the resultant contract will be 26 July 2021 30 Oct 2021 with all schedules, specification, terms, and conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation. Type of Set-Aside: This acquisition is a SDVOSB set-aside. The applicable NAICS is 238220, Plumbing heating and air conditioning contractor with a size standard of $16.5 Million. This requirement will be solicited as a set aside for SDVOSB open market competition. Contract Type: The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price type contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. A formal Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued on or about 8 July, 2021 via Contracting Opportunities website via SAM.gov | Contract Opportunities.
