PLEASE NOTE: This solicitation was amended to extend offeror due date until 21 September 2022 at 10AM.The contractor will fabricate seven pipe vehicle swing gates which are capable to be secured with a pad lock. The gates will be installed to the side of the road and be able to swing open completely and not block the road. The gates must be wide enough so that snowplow vehicles, 18-wheeler semi-trucks, large construction vehicles and emergency first responder vehicles can pass through. The pipe gates will be constructed with 1-7/8 catch posts and duckbills. The gate width and quantity will be two 20-foot gates, two 24- foot gates, one 25-foot gate, one 28-foot gate and one 30-foot gate. Four vehicle swing gates will be installed near Building 35750 and three vehicle swing gates installed near Building 27369 on the Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER) High Frequency Global Communication System (HFGCS) antenna field access
