Cemetery Surveying and Mapping

Scope of the Project

The City of Kingsland is requesting formal proposals from experienced firms to survey and map existing survey pins used to identify lot boundaries and replace survey pins that are missing or inaccurate (by 1 foot or more) within the Lawnwood Cemetery Blocks outlined below.

The City of Kingsland reserves the right to reject any and all proposals based upon evaluation of the above considerations and determines which Firm has the necessary background, skills, and understanding required by the City for this Cemetery Survey and Mapping project.



Upon notification of the selection by the City of Kingsland, the successful respondent is required to execute and deliver a contract within two (2) weeks of notification. If the respondent is unable or unwilling to do so, the City of Kingsland has the right to request another respondent to enter into the contact for the project.



All dates in the RFP are subject to change at the discretion of the City of Kingsland, and notice of any changes will be provided to all respondents.



Site Visit


To help interested parties prepare a more accurate proposal a site visit has been scheduled for Thursday, June 3, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Lawnwood Cemetery located at 230 Scrubby Bluff
