Source Sought Notice- Air Compressor Preventive Maintenance and Repair, Washington D.C VAMC This is a Sources Sought Notice; it is not a Request for Quotes or Proposals. The Washington D.C Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC) is seeking sources to provide preventive maintenance and repairs on the air compressor and vacuum systems listed at the Washington DC Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Air and vacuum production systems include air compressors, vacuum system sets, and all associated control panels. Also, the Washington D.C VAMC has three compromised pneumatic controls for their HVAC system climate control which need to be repaired. CONFORMANCE STANDARDS: Service shall ensure that the equipment functions in conformance with the following latest published standards/codes/specifications/regulations to include, but not limited to Joint Commission for the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA-70), National Electric Code
Standards, Washington, DC VAMC Engineering Service Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and any other Federal, State, and Local regulations mandated. The anticipated date of a solicitation is September 2nd, 2022, with an expected period of performance starting October 1st, 2022, to September 30th, 2023, using NAICS CODE 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, size $16.5 million. Vendors will not receive formal notification or feedback on any information submitted in this Sources Sought Notice. All future proposed submissions and solicitations requirements solicited on a Government Point of Entry (GPE) will be evaluated independently of any information submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice. No vendor will be provided information on solicitations issued on a Government Point of Entry based on this Sources Sought Notice.
