Concession Services - Airport Paid Public Parking Management & Operations

St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport ("Airport") is soliciting proposals for a Concessionaire to operate and provide services for the operation of a paid public parking concession that includes, at a minimum, shuttle bus service between the Airport Terminal Building and the overflow parking lots, and revenue computer systems that will serve the various toll plazas that serve the lots. The concession services agreement will be based on a percentage of gross revenue.BackgroundThe Airport maintains five (5) designated paid public parking lots:The short-term parking lot consists of 280 paved parking spaces located in front of the Airport Terminal Building.The long-term parking lot consists of 888 paved parking spaces adjacent to the short-term parking lot within walking distance of the Terminal Building.The Key Lime parking lot consists of 1020 paved parking spaces. The lot is separated from the Terminal Building area by Roosevelt Boulevard, a 6-lane state highway.The Strawberry

parking lot consists of 778 non-paved spaces, separated from the Terminal Building by Fairchild Drive and the Allegiant maintenance facility.The Overflow parking lot consists of 495 non-paved spaces, separated from the Terminal Building by Roosevelt Boulevard and 144 th Street. All paid public parking lots have manned kiosks at their exits, except the Overflow parking lot.
