„h Determination whether the city must clean-up and cover costs associated after a release to the environment or if there is a Potential Responsible Party (PRP) who must clean-up and/or cover cost associated with the release.
„h If there is a PCP who must clean-up and/or cover costs associated with the release,

bill invoices to the PCP and copy the city¡¦s Project Manager on all invoices.
„h Clean up a release that was the City¡¦s responsibility; restore impacted City property and/or City Infrastructure.
„h Clean up the release if the PRP is a residence.
„h Immediately notify the project manager and the appropriate agencies on behalf of the city.
„h Create reports of the release response and remedies to send to the appropriate agencies as required.
„h Provide itemized billing of services provided on behalf of the city.
„h Coordinate disposal of waste as a result of clean-up activities.
„h Separate from releases, coordinate disposal of abandoned hazardous or universal waste found on city property.
