Old Floydsburg Road Bid Announcement

Oldham County Old Floydsburg Road Project Oldham County Fiscal Court in conjunction with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is accepting competitive sealed bids for the Old Floydsburg Road Project until Friday, September 11, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. local time. The bids will be opened in a public Oldham County Fiscal Court meeting on Tuesday, September 15, 2020 beginning at 2:00 p.m. local time. Plans and specifications will be available through DemandStar at www.DemandStar.com. Registration is required. A pre-bid meeting will not be held for this project. Bidders and DBE subcontractors must be prequalified with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet and possess a Certificate of Eligibility at the time of the bid opening. All other subcontractors must be prequalified when accepting subcontracts. A 3% DBE goal has been established for this project and a Bid Bond not less than 5% of the total bid is required with the contractor’s bid. Oldham County Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject any and all bids and accept the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
