Iowa Public Television Furniture Project shall begin on Monday August, 20, 2018. Freight Terms: FOB Destination, Freight Pre-Paid The State reserves the right to reject any or all proposals without penalty and to waive minor deficiencies and informalities if, in the judgement of the State, it's best interests will be served. • The Iowa Public Television Furniture Project consists of tearing down the existing furniture and rebuilding the cubicles as identified in the final plan and according to the phasing schedule attached. • The product being torn down and disposed of is Herman Miller AO-1 - see Attachment 1. • The furniture in the final plan is Herman Miller's discontinued Prospects system (also known as Action Office Series 3) with electrified panels. The product is located in pods on site at 6450 Corporate Drive in Johnston. See Attachment 2. • Further, successful bidder acknowledges they understand the project will be done pursuant to the phasing plans and the successful Bidder will complete the phases according to the timetable presented in the bid. See Attachment 3. • Bidder will not get ahead of the schedule or fall behind on the schedule, without prior approval from the Department of Administrative Services, Space Management Division. Existing Plans specifications are listed on the proposed PDF plan (Attachment 1) and Final Plan with phasing specification is listed on the IPTV -Final Plan w-Phasing PDF (Attachment 2).
