ACC-Orlando will host a Hybrid PALT Update Session on 13 September 2022 from 1100-1200 EDT at the Tech Grove Facility, located on the ground floor of the Partnership IV facility, 12809 Science Drive, Orlando, FL. The session will include ACC-Orlando, PEO STRI, and PM TRASYS (U.S. Marine Corps) representatives.  This hybrid session can accommodate a maximum of 30 industry partners for in-person attendance, and up to 300 to participate virtually via MS Teams.  In order to attend this Hybrid PALT Update Session, individuals must register/RSVP whether they intend to participate in person or virtually.   The deadline to register/RSVP is Sunday, 4 September 2022.As of this SAM.gov posting, we are in Health Protection Condition Bravo (HPCON Bravo).  Assuming we are still in HPCON Bravo on the day of the session, all in-person attendees MUST:If vaccinated, provide proof of full vaccination** (i.e., completed COVID vaccination card).If unvaccinated, proof of a supervised, negative COVID test
(i.e., Health Care Provider, Walgreens, CVS, etc.), taken no earlier than 1100 hours EDT on Saturday, 10 September 2022 (72 hours in advance of the session). Self-administered, COVID home test kits are not acceptable.Failure to meet either of the above requirements will result in denial of entry into the Tech Grove Facility. Masks are required to be worn by all in-person attendees when in the Tech Grove Facility.** Fully vaccinated definition per Department of Defense Coronavirus Disease 2019 Force Health Protection Guidance dated April 4 2022:“An individual is considered “fully vaccinated” when at least 2 weeks have elapsed after a second dose of a two-dose COVID-19 vaccine series (e.g., PfizerBioNTech/Comirnaty, or Moderna/Spikevax vaccines), or 2 weeks after receiving a single dose of a one-dose COVID-19 vaccine (e.g., Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine) that are: (1) fully licensed or authorized or approved by the FDA; (2) listed for emergency use on the World Health Organization Emergency Use Listing (e.g., AstraZeneca/Oxford); or (3) approved for use in a clinical vaccine trial for which vaccine efficacy has been independently confirmed (e.g., Novavax). Individuals who are registered for in-person attendance must present a photo ID and the aforementioned vaccination or       negative COVID test proof to gain entrance to the Tech Grove facility.  Your name will be cross-checked against the official in-person RSVP list.  If you are not on the list, you will not be permitted entry into the session.       3.  As there is limited parking at the Partnership IV/Tech Grove facility, do not park in the reserved spots.  In-person attendees are encouraged to park in the open lot on the southeast corner of Science Drive and Technology Parkway, adjacent to the entrance to NAWCTSD and proceed on foot to the Partnership IV/Tech Grove facility.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------When registering, you will have the option of submitting question(s).  If you elect to submit an inquiry, we ask that you pose a specific question, vice simply listing a program acronym or name.  This will greatly facilitate our Division Chiefs in providing focused, accurate answers during the session. We will first address the questions we receive in advance, and with the remaining time, open the floor for questions. Thus, to ensure we do address your most pressing contract related questions, we recommend you submit them in advance.Information to be provided by the Government during this hybrid PALT Update Session will be limited to status updates pertaining to specific procurements. The Government will not provide any procurement sensitive information that would violate the integrity of the source selection process.We will continue to post updated versions of our ACC-Orlando Workload Point of Contact chart and Customer Contracting Common Operating Picture (C3OP) to our ACC-Orlando public website on a monthly basis.  As always, if you have any questions regarding specific programs of interest after this hybrid PALT Update Session, you may contact the applicable Contracting Officer directly.With regards to future CY2022 PALT Update Sessions, ACC-Orlando will continue to monitor the COVID situation and will communicate any updates via the sam.gov website.  Ensuring the safety of our ACC-Orlando workforce, our Requiring Activity counterparts, and our industry partners will remain our top priority.  For Industry reference, the slides presented at the 9 August 22 PALT Update session are provided as an attachment to this announcement.
