In accordance with 17 AAC 42.400 (a) – The following should be published: May 5, 2023, through June 4, 2023 (30 days) in the Alaska Online Public Notice System.NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A SUCCESSIVE LAND LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (Airport) proposes to execute a Successive Land Lease under ADA-32552, as follows: LESSEE: Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority (AIDEA). PREMISES: Block 26, Lot 6, consisting of approximately 194,085 square feet. LEASE TERM: Fifty-five (55) years. CURRENT LEASE RENTAL RATE: The annual rent is $34,935.30 ($0.18 per square foot x 194,085 square feet). PROPOSED AUTHORIZED USES: Operation and maintenance of a pumphouse, above ground water storage tank(s), and a holding tank all in connection with a fire suppression system.This file is available for review during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, at the Leasing Office of Ted Stevens
