Compensation starts at $27.85 per hour.The City of Oshkosh, Wisconsin is searching for a full-time Management Analyst - Budget. This is a mid-level professional position located in the Finance Department with primary responsibilities that include assisting the Finance Director in the operations of the Finance Department.
