than “Accepted” then there are still steps that must be completed before your registration is approved.

**Once the ITB/RFP/RFQ/CMAR closes and the responses are unsealed electronically, the list of bidders/responders will be immediately posted online and available to the public for viewing. Scope of Work:

The Nevada System of Higher Education on behalf of Great Basin College (GBC, https://www.gbcnv.edu) is seeking qualified proposers for the procurement of a Web Content Management System (CMS), to include software, possible hosting, implementation services, training, and technical support from a single vendor. Qualified proposers may engage the services of a highly qualified implementation partner in lieu of their own in-house staff for the purposes of service delivery of any kind. In this event, the qualified proposer shall serve as prime contractor and be responsible for all activities and deliverables awarded through this solicitation.

Respondents are required to submit a proposal based upon the Scope of Work, Questionnaire and RFP Requirements as presented in the Attachments. Provide all required information as attachments in the Response Attachments section of this RFP.

Provide a customer service manager or account executive that is reachable by email and telephone during normal business hours in the Pacific Time Zone to resolve post award contract initiation and performance issues.

Failure to supply required information may be grounds for disqualification of the RFP response.
