The Iowa Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management (HSEMD) is looking for a vendor to design and conduct an exercise that will focus on critical lifeline sectors identified by Presidential Policy Directive 21, while presenting the broader impacts for planning and operational response efforts. The exercise should focus on building an understanding at the local, private sector and state EOC environments of inter-dependencies, prioritization, restoration, and synchronization.
We require at least one full day of a live in-person multi-sector exercise with additional days or components at the vendor’s discretion. The price quoted should include all instruction, materials, shipping, travel expenses, etc. HSEMD will identify and reserve a location in Iowa, carry out the management of the attendee database, and coordinate all in-state
