Amendment 0001 - OCONUS BULK HELIUM

The purpose of amendment 0001 is to:1. Provide responses to Industry questions:The pricing spreadsheet issued with the RFP has details only for the DJIBOUTI CITY yet the Erbil section is empty and has no Details for storage even though it is much larger quantity than Djibouti.a. Are there any details for Erbil? Do we still have to provide the storage facilities as well as the tools as described in the tender?Government Response: In accordance with Statement of Objective (SOO), the Government is seeking a vendor within United Arab Emirates (UAE) to provide Aerospace Energy products and related services, requires the filling, inspection, general maintenance, repair, marking, storage and disposal of bulk gaseous helium containers. In addition, this requirement is FOB Origin, and the Government shall be responsible for the shipping of helium containers into Erbil, Iraq and Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti.b.
