The required final construction documents include: Civil and systems design of one (1) station platform (Petaluma North Station) located at Corona Rd., Petaluma, CA 94954. Civil and systems design for the reconstruction of one (1) grade crossing located at North McDowell Boulevard, Petaluma, CA 94954. Integration and final design modifications of two (2) segments of Class 1 non-motorized pathway (“NMP”) located in Sonoma County.

The final deliverable to be produced by the Consultant awarded the contract will be one (1) complete bid package for the Construction of the Petaluma North Station, Reconstruction of the McDowell Blvd. Railroad Grade Crossing, and two (2) Segments of Class 1 Non-Motorized Pathway (“NMP”). SMART has an aggressive timeline for this work. The final construction bid package must be completed and ready for bidding by May 31, 2023.
