RE: Notice of Intent for the Government to Issue a Sole Source Contract to Gapingvoid Culture Design Group LLC for Cultural Assessment and Cultural Design Support ServicesThe Department of Defense (DoD), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate, (WHS/AD) intends to issue a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Gapingvoid Culture Design Group LLC., 1521 Alton Road Suite #518, Miami, FL 33139, in order to acquire cultural design and reinforcement services. These services combine design thinking, strategic consulting, organizational psychology, and may include products and physical messaging emplacements that serve to reinforce the Defense Innovation Unit Experimental (DIUx) strategy and culture internally across the cultural transition within DIUx.Gapingvoid Culture Design Group LLC. is the exclusive holder of the culture assessment methodology, based on proprietary Culture ScienceTM and EmploymentUXTM frameworks, research, design and execution. This methodology

offers a deeper connection to culture, improved physical space, and daily reminders to drive the behaviors needed to deliver key organization outcomes and a comprehensive culture assessment of where the DIUx culture currently exist.This procurement is being conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1) - "Soliciting from a Single Source." The NAICS code utilized for this procurement is 541618, Other Management Consulting Services, with a Small Business Size Standard of $15.0 Million.The anticipated award date for the contract to Gapingvoid Culture Design Group LLC., is August 1st , 2018.This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations.
