RFP-22-39 Medical Services - Continuing Contract City of Winter Haven Description:To seek and contract with a state certified and properly licensed physician or physician group fully equipped and willing to provide the City’s medical service needs on a recurring, as-needed and requested or specialty basis. The City of Winter Haven requires the provision of varied medical services for new and incumbent fire, police, and general service employees. Medical services for new or incumbent employees consist of, but are not limited to, post-offer of employment physical examinations with controlled substance screening and TB testing; fit-for-duty, return to work and reasonable accommodation physical examinations; random, reasonable suspicion and post-accident controlled substance and alcohol testing, during regular business hours and after hours, as necessary; various immunizations and immunity testing and the initial assessment and treatment of reported work related injuries or illnesses.
