Issuing agency:County of Santa Clara, CASee other Bids by this agency Issuing department:PROCUREMENT DEPARTMENTSee other Bids by this department Bid Comments: The County of Santa Clara (County), in partnership with several public agencies in the region, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Orthophotography (Ortho) imagery and Oblique imagery and related services, which will significantly increase the efficiency in many government operations such as identification of unassessed or new construction buildings through historical image comparison, environmental sustainability initiatives, vegetation management, and many other cases. In order to support above operations, the County is interested in acquiring the following aerial imagery datasets and related services: Annual Orthophotography (Ortho): County have owned and intends to own historical ortho photos and make the annual ortho accessible in the public domain. Orthophotography data must be delivered as digital files

to the County's data center (i.e., Azure Cloud Storage). Data must be captured every year. Supplemental Orthophotography (Ortho): County intends to acquire supplemental ortho photos captured at different timeframe from annual ortho. The data must be delivered as vendor hosted software as a Service (SaaS) solution and web services for rapid deployment. Data must be captured one (1) to two (2) times a year in addition to the annual ortho capture. Oblique Imagery: The County requires the awarded contractor (Contractor) to capture, store, render and deliver the images via a proven vendor hosted SaaS solution. Data must be captured every year. The mandatory requirements are stated in Mandatory Requirements Checklist as referenced in APPENDIX A. Proposals not meeting the mandatory requirements will not be considered for further evaluation. If an award is made, it is the County’s intent to award a contract with an initial term of up to three (3) years, with option to renew for two (2) additional years, unless terminated earlier or otherwise amended. The County will hold an optional pre-proposal conference on the date and time specified in Section III.A of this RFP. All proposers intending to respond to this RFP are encouraged to attend the pre-proposal conference either in person or via the teleconference line provided.
