Annual maintenance contract to include maintenance services such as onsite diagnostics and onsite repair of IBM components under the maintenance contract with factory components, routine/regular and preventative maintenance of firmware and drivers, and IBM engineering support/IBM subject matter expertise of the Fort Detrick NEC Tape Library System. Requirement shall include a toll free 7x24x365 telephone number and Next Business Day (NBD) response time for onsite diagnostics, onsite repair,

and onsite maintenance of the Fort Detrick NEC Tape Library System.
