Project includes development of paved parking lot at the existing\nTraining Center, as well as paving the existing stone parking lot at the existing Gun Range. Bids will be\nreceived for a single prime contract. All proposals shall be lump sum.\nPre-Bid Meeting\nA mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders on 2/7/2023 at 10:00 AM at 3600\nSamarcand Road, Jackson Springs, NC 27281 in the Administration Building. The meeting
will address\nproject specific questions, security, issues, bidding procedures and bid forms. Failure to attend the Pre-Bid\nConference will disqualify your company from bidding. Attendance by bidders that attended the Pre-\nBid on 1/11/2023 are not required to attend this meeting.\nComplete plans, specifications and contract documents will be open for inspection in the offices of\nWithersRavenel and in the online plan room of the Associated General Contractors/Reed Construction Data,\nCarolinas Branch (isqft.com). the online plan room of McGraw-Hill Dodge Corporation\n(dodge.construction.com), the online plan room at Construct Connect (bidclerk.com). or may be obtained\nfrom the Designer by those qualified as prime bidders, upon deposit of Fifty Dollars ($50) in cash or certified\ncheck.
