An affected person must deliver a written protest to the State Chief Procurement Officer within seven (7) calendar days after the first date of this Public Notice.
The Written protest must include:
1. A detailed statement of the legal and factual grounds for the protest;
2. A description of the resulting harm to the Affected Person; and
3. The relief requested.
A protest must be clearly labeled and include the Sole Source Determination number. Protests must be delivered to the State Chief Procurement Officer within the seven (7) calendar days by mail or email at the following:
