The City of Roswell is requesting information from interested parties related to HRIS software that can facilitate the following: Personnel: • Employee Actions Workflow with effective dates o Customizable rehire activity workflow would be a game-changer for R&P summer hires • FMLA/Leave tracking • ADA Compliant • Multi-language • Technical support • Report building o Need reportable UDFs • Multiple levels of user permissions Payroll: • Basic Payroll functionality o (Financials/GL/Budget would still be in Munis?) • Blended OT, blended rate comp payouts • Supports OT to Comp conversions (1.0 factor and 1.5 factor rules) • Supports shift differential, premium
