The Auglaize County Board of Commissioners, herein after called the Owner, may consider informal any bid not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions herein and may waive any informality or reject any and all bids. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the time for the opening of bids or authorized postponement. Any bid rejected after the bid opening will not be considered.
