This pond is a small dry pond located in Little Lake Park, the following is a general description of the Work to be completed under the Contract:.01 Initial site work including sediment and erosion controls;.02 All works required to complete

remediation works and sediment removals.03 Remove and replace fencing and gates.04 Remove and replace existing culvert.05 Fine grade, topsoil, sod, and seed as required;.06 Clean-up and Demobilization .07 Bid submission is to be inclusive of all trucking, hauling, equipment operation, delivery importation of materials, and disposals and costs.
