The plan shall address and develop maintenance standards which will serve as the guideline and expectations relative to the completion of all park maintenance work. The Plan is intended for use by County staff as a resource tool to guide them in doing an effective and efficient job in the maintenance of the parks system. It will also be a guide for interpreting policies and procedures related to the delivery of services managed by the County. The plan should explore best practices in the field, identify new trends and opportunities, and ensure an appropriate balance of maintenance and improvement measures.
