HQ IMCOM Protection Division requires support with Exercise Design, Modeling and Simulations Services. The purpose of the contract is to (1) ensure successful execution of assigned resources, (2) provide feedback to the Army Emergency Management Steering Group (Army EMSG) regarding the progress of the Army Emergency Management (EM) Program implementation across IMCOM installations, (3) assess and apply resources appropriately to ensure that IMCOM installations meet all EM FOC requirements within applicable fiscal constraints, and (4) ensure Installation EM Program Implementation established by DoDI 6055.17 and detailed in DA PAM 525-27.The NAICS code selected for this acquisition is 611710, Education Support Service which has the following description: “the industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in providing non-instructional services that support educational processes or systems”.
