Bonneville Dam Visitor Center Flooring Replacement

Note to Offerors - The mastic under the tile has tested positive for asbestos. The government is working to update the PWS and Solicitation CLIN Options due to the results. Amendment 0002 is anticipated to be released and uploaded to SAM.gov NLT 16 April 2024. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________Amendment 0001 for this solicitation has been released. See Attachments for all the updated documentation. Offerors are expected to review all questions and responses, as well ask acknowledge the amendment. The purpose of this amendment is to:1. Address questions posed by industry from the site visit (See Attachment "Industry Questions and Responses Through 01 Apr 24")2. Add two Options CLINS (cove/base or baseboards, update stairs) and incorporate Option Provisions and Clauses. (Offerors will include pricing for both Option CLINS)3.
